Yes — stiffness is exactly why people come. You don't need flexibility, strength or experience. The straps do the holding; you do the breathing.
How fast will I feel relief?
Most people feel lighter after the first session. For chronic desk-pain, plan a series — relief typically builds over 3–5 classes.
Is hanging upside down safe?
Yes, for most healthy adults. You're held by professional suspension straps the whole time and a trainer is next to you. Contraindications (pregnancy, glaucoma, very high blood pressure) — message us first.
